We harvested our own organic farm-grown Concord and Bronx grapes (Bronx is a rare heirloom variety that's a cross between Thompson's Seedless and Concord) and pressed them to make the freshest, sweetest grape juice imaginable. Then we infused the juice with fresh limes to balance the sweet with sprightly zing. The result is a crowd-pleasing grown-up version of a grape soda with a splash of citrus already mixed in!
All our shrubs make great non-alcoholic drinks or mocktails for the sober curious looking for an alcohol alternative beverage.

Our shrubs are a blend of our apple cider vinegar, the highest quality fruit, and a dash of sugar. Unlike other apple cider vinegars, we use only fresh, hand-picked fruit, not discards or windfalls. You can taste the difference!
How to use it: Mix with sparkling water and garnish with Bay Leaf for a grape soda-esque mocktail!

Our Orchard
We grow a variety of apples: Pink Pearl, Red Rome Beauty, Yellow Bellflower, Gravenstein, and Golden Delicious, just to name a few! Sustainability is key, so our trees are rain irrigated and all of our apple pomace and waste is spread out to fertilize our trees. Peel to pip, our process is a closed loop.
