A perfect balance of sweet, tart and a tiny tingle of spice! We combine fresh strawberries and fresh pink peppercorn leaves and fruit with our award-winning apple cider vinegar. The fruitiness of the peppercorn enhances the flavor of the strawberries beautifully.
All our shrubs make great non-alcoholic drinks or mocktails for the sober curious looking for an alcohol alternative beverage.

Our shrubs are a blend of our apple cider vinegar, the highest quality fruit, and a dash of sugar. Unlike other apple cider vinegars, we use only fresh, hand-picked fruit, not discards or windfalls. You can taste the difference!

Our Orchard
We grow a variety of apples: Pink Pearl, Red Rome Beauty, Yellow Bellflower, Gravenstein, and Golden Delicious, just to name a few! Sustainability is key, so our trees are rain irrigated and all of our apple pomace and waste is spread out to fertilize our trees. Peel to pip, our process is a closed loop.
