This is the foodservice size of our Meyer Lemon + Green Coriander Shrub!
Green coriander comes from bolting cilantro that's going to seed, but hasn't dried into true coriander yet. Each small, shiny green seed evokes pink peppercorns, lemon verbena and a touch of the tropics--a truly unique flavor. We infuse it into our apple cider vinegar, along with backyard Meyer lemons picked at the peak of ripeness! The result is this wonderful, sophisticated shrub.
Our shrubs are a blend of our apple cider vinegar, the highest quality fruit, and a dash of sugar. Unlike commercial apple cider vinegars, we use only fresh, hand-picked fruit, not discards or windfalls. You can taste the difference!
How to use it: This shrub is so versatile and delicious as a sparkling citrus marinade, sparkling water, or cocktail. Or check our recipe card.

Our Orchard
We grow a variety of apples: Pink Pearl, Red Rome Beauty, Yellow Bellflower, Gravenstein, and Golden Delicious, just to name a few! Sustainability is key, so our trees are rain irrigated and all of our apple pomace and waste is spread out to fertilize our trees. Peel to pip, our process is a closed loop.
