We love our coastal California take on an old favorite, Mulling Spice!
As beautiful as it is delicious, this mulling spice blend combines dried heirloom rose petals from our gardens, dried apples from our orchard, organic hibiscus blossoms, and organic spices including cinnamon sticks, green cardamom pods, cloves, and allspice.
Each jar includes simple recipe instructions for using this blend to make a homemade modern mulled wine and we’ll include a card with some additional recipes including our delicious non-alcoholic punch. The scent and flavor of this blend fill a home with merriment and celebration — perfect for entertaining or gift-giving!

Our Orchard
We grow a variety of apples: Pink Pearl, Red Rome Beauty, Yellow Bellflower, Gravenstein, and Golden Delicious, just to name a few! Sustainability is key, so our trees are rain irrigated and all of our apple pomace and waste is spread out to fertilize our trees. Peel to pip, our process is a closed loop.
