A foodservice size of our favorite summer shrub! The history of POG, or Pineapple-Orange-Guava, is murky at best. Was it invented in Maui by Mary Soon in the 20s? Or Charlie Nalepa in the 70s? Who knows - but what we do know is that it is a delicious combination!

For this limited edition shrub, we changed it up a bit and added Blood Oranges, which go beautifully with the passionfruit and white guavas.

As with all our shrubs, this uses only ripe, fresh fruit, all of it from California farms.

Our shrubs are a blend of our apple cider vinegar, the highest quality fruit, and a dash of sugar. Unlike commercial apple cider vinegars, we use only fresh, hand-picked fruit, not discards or windfalls. You can taste the difference!

How to use it: Try it in a cocktail with coconut rum, or mixed with coconut water and lots of crushed ice for a tropical mocktail.

2 / 750 ml. bottles per case

Packed in a glass bottle and finished with a twist-top

Ingredients: apple cider vinegar, organic cane sugar, blood oranges, white guavas, passionfruit

Our Orchard

We grow a variety of apples: Pink Pearl, Red Rome Beauty, Yellow Bellflower, Gravenstein, and Golden Delicious, just to name a few! Sustainability is key, so our trees are rain irrigated and all of our apple pomace and waste is spread out to fertilize our trees. Peel to pip, our process is a closed loop.
