Triple Citrus—a blend of fresh blood oranges, Meyer lemons, and tangerines! We really love this one, the citrus are so delicious together—a citrus grove in a bottle.
All our shrubs make great non-alcoholic drinks or mocktails for the sober curious looking for an alcohol alternative beverage.
Shrubs are great for grocery stores (N/A drinks are a fast-growing category), bottle shops, olive oil shops, and specialty grocers.
Our shrubs are a blend of our apple cider vinegar, the highest quality fruit, and a dash of sugar. Unlike other apple cider vinegars, we use only fresh, hand-picked fruit, not discards or windfalls. You can taste the difference!
How to use it: It’s great with plain sparking water and a squeeze of lime! This one is also good in marinade for chicken or in a salad dressing. We will send recipe cards with your order, here's a digital version of our recipe card too.

Our Orchard
We grow a variety of apples: Pink Pearl, Red Rome Beauty, Yellow Bellflower, Gravenstein, and Golden Delicious, just to name a few! Sustainability is key, so our trees are rain irrigated and all of our apple pomace and waste is spread out to fertilize our trees. Peel to pip, our process is a closed loop.
